Lost Password

If you have lost your password please Contact Us with your account User Name and Email. This is done manually after verification as a security concern.

If you have signed up with a wrong e-mail address (typo error, missing letter, etc.), and because of this you haven't received the account information e-mail from us, please contact our sales department quoting your ORDER ID, which you can find on the so-called "Thank You!" page, which displays upon your payment submission.
